Preparation:

  • Our piercer is available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00PM-7:00PM, taking the first appointment at 12:00PM and last appointment at 7:00PM.

    Appointments are allotted 30 minutes each.

  • Generally, piercings take about 30 minutes.

  • As of right now, we do not require deposits for booking a piercing appointment!

  • We are not piercing anyone under 16 at the moment! Sorry, no children’s ear piercings.

    Please email or call us and we can give you the run down. Notarized Paperwork will be required, so we will send that over to you as well!

  • Yes! As always, first come first served. It always good just to walk-in!

  • We always highly recommend that clients do research about the piercing they are thinking of getting; healing time and requirements are different from piercing-to-piercing, and everyones body anatomy is different. It is important to understand what piercing is right, or not right, for you!

Booking Process:

  • Please see the booking page above! Make sure to fill out all of the information requested.

    Also, feel free to call us, we can take piecing appointments over the phone, and we can also answer any questions you might have!

  • We will respond to all requests within 24-48 hrs.

    Please be on the lookout in your email as we will sometimes need more information from you.

    If you don’t hear from us… please double check “all mail”, spam or other in your inbox, as sometimes messages can get lost. Please always feel free to call or reach out again as well!

  • If you are making an appointment, you can generally expect to get in the same week. We do take walk-ins everyday that our piercer is in, so if you want to get in the same day, we always suggest to just walk on in!

    Be aware that summer is our busiest season!

  • Our absolute minimum age is 16 years old. Including ear lobes, nostril, and navel piercings. Sorry! We do not take small children at this time.

    Please email or call us and we can give you the run down. Notarized Paperwork will be required, so we will send that over to you as well!

Day of Appointment:

  • Make sure you treat yourself well before the appointment- get a good nights sleep, eat, and stay hydrated. Make sure you don’t bring too much food with you, as eating is NOT allowed in the procedure room.

    Please arrive clean and sober!

  • To ensure all of our clients and artists have a great time, we ask that clients please bring one OR two emotional support people per client. If you choose to bring people, please only have those one OR two people in the shop, and/or with you as you are being pierced. This eliminates the stress of many people coming in and out of the shop during a session. We appreciate your cooperation!

    We ask that clients please do not bring their pets and children per Delaware state law.

  • Please be prepared to fill out paperwork, some sort of ID is required (drivers license, state identification, social security card, birth certificate).

    If you are a minor, please bring notarized paperwork.

  • Arrive to your appointment on time, so you will have plenty of time to discuss the piercing with the piercer!

    Fill out the paperwork and hang tight, the piercer will take it from here!

Healing Process/Aftercare:

  • Wash hands thoroughly prior to cleaning or touching piercing.

    Spray the piercing with sterile saline spray as instructed with individual piercings below- it is NOT necessary to move or rotate the piercing. This may cause irritation.

    Dry the piercing with clean, disposable gauze or cotton swabs.

    Gently remove any crust or debris with dry, clean disposable gauze or cotton swab.

    Aftercare is vital for a smooth healing process! If you have any questions, forget how long your heal time is for your piercing, want a downsize during the healing process or a jewelry change, give us a call!

  • Use Alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or any kind of ointment on your piercing.

    Take the jewelry out if you believe the piercing is infected, the hole will close leaving the possibility of infection. Contact your piercer or doctor if you suspect your piercing is infected.

    Touch piercing with dirty hands/ without washing hands.

    Play with or touch your piercings -unless you are cleaning it! Rotating it is NOT necessary!

    Avoid using cloth towels to clean as they can contain bacteria and snag on jewelry.

  • Apply saline spray to a cotton swab and clean the piercing 3 times a day for the total heal time.

    Dry the piercing with clean, disposable gauze or cotton swabs.

  • Apply saline spray to a cotton swab and clean the piercing 4 times a day for the total heal time.

    Dry the piercing with clean, disposable gauze or cotton swabs.

  • After meals, rinse mouth out with an ALCOHOL FREE MOUTHWASH. Apply saline spray to a cotton swab and clean the piercing 4 times a day for the total heal time. You can take Aleve for swelling.

    Dry the piercing with clean, disposable gauze or cotton swabs.

  • Some local bleeding, swelling, tenderness, bruising and itching, after the initial piercing.

    During the healing process, some itching, discoloration, secretion of white-yellow fluid, and crust on jewelry.

    Severe redness and swelling.

    Have symptoms that worsen or last for more than a week.

    Have a large amount of thick discharge that is green, grey, yellow or smells bad.

    A fever, chills or dizziness.
